On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a couple of engaged and communicative Research Interviewers. Here you get the chance to use your social finesse to conduct an important market survey targeting the business sector!
About the Role
In the role of Interviewer, your main task will be to contact various companies via phone to conduct structured telephone interviews. During the interview, you will carry out a survey aimed at collecting valuable data that will form the basis for major strategic decisions for our client. You are the link between the business world's thoughts and future statistics. This is a job where you develop extensive phone experience, become an expert in handling different personality types, and learn to maintain a high-level professional business dialogue—skills you will benefit from throughout your career.
This is not about telemarketing, but rather pure data collection and qualitative research, where a professional and pleasant attitude is the key to success.
The assignment is expected to last approximately 3 weeks, starting as early as Monday, June 6th.
Responsibilities
- Contact specific target groups and decision-makers within the business sector via phone.
- Conduct structured interviews based on a conversation guide.
- Carefully document and register answers in the client's internal system.
We are looking for someone who
- Has good knowledge of the Swedish language to conduct professional conversations.
- Has basic computer skills for documenting interview responses.
- Has the ability to communicate clearly and trustworthily.
It is an advantage if you have
- Good knowledge of English.
- Previous experience working with similar communicative tasks.

Our Recruitment Process
